The 11th Annual Forum for Medical Research with the theme “COVID-19 Vaccine: Global Challenges & Prospect Symposium” organized by the King Abdullah International Medical Research Center (KAIMRC) and took place virtually on November 4-5, 2020 worldwide. This event is one of the most awaited gatherings in the world during the pandemic. In this event, speakers and participants are world top vaccine scientists and experts from renowned universities and pharmaceutical companies involved in developing COVID19 vaccines. Topics presented and discussed included an overview of the non-replicating viral vector vaccines, RNA-based vaccines, DNA/Protein-based vaccines, other virus-based vaccines, accessibility to the vaccine, and Saudi Academic efforts for COVID-19 Sciences and Vaccines.
